Namecheap

Namecheap is currently my favourite registrar. It's cheap, reliable and offers 1 year free private domain registration.

GoDaddy
|
GoDaddy is probably the most popular domain registrar. They always offer some kind of a discount. I can recommend them for domain names, but don't host your site with them (they're not all that reliable).
The only downside compared to the other registrars I use is that you have to pay for private domain registration.

1 and 1 still holds several of my domains. It's cheap and offers 1 year free private domain registration.
